Hi, I’m Karen — the founder and creative behind Okos Koti.

Okos Koti is a holistic home and lifestyle hub for anyone who wants to create a space — and a life — that feels beautiful, inspiring, and aligned.

With a BA (Hons) in Interior Design and a Diploma in Holistic Design, my work is guided by a simple belief: our homes are more than places we live — they are energetic environments that influence how we feel, think, and move through the world. When we design with intention, balance, and beauty, we naturally support our wellbeing.

Today, Okos Koti exists as a digital sanctuary, where I share inspiration and practical guidance through blog posts, downloadable guides, checklists, and books — all created to help you make meaningful changes to your home in an accessible, intuitive way.

My approach is shaped not only by design, but by a long-standing interest in energy, cycles, and how our environments interact with who we are.
I’ve been a self-taught student of astrology for over 30 years and am now officially enrolled on a Diploma in Astrology with the London Astrology Group. I love exploring the connection between cosmic cycles, personal energy, and the spaces we live in — and sharing that journey as I continue to grow and learn.

Alongside this, I have a deep love for holistic living and natural wellbeing, including studies in essential oils and home energy practices that support calm, clarity, and balance.

I also love working with AI design tools, using them as a creative way to transform intuitive ideas into visual inspiration — offering a glimpse of what’s possible when we design with intention and energy in mind.

Through Okos Koti, I bring together interior design, holistic living, Feng Shui principles, astrology-inspired insights, and wellbeing to help you reconnect with your home as a supportive, nurturing space.
