DESIGN WITH PEOPLE IN MIND
Good design isn’t just about creating something that looks good.
It’s about understanding how a space is used, how it feels and what it asks of the people within it.
My background is in interior design, and my work is increasingly interested in the wider relationship between people and the environments around them.
I’m interested in why spaces work, why they don’t, and how we might design them differently.
That might mean rethinking a healthcare waiting room, exploring sensory-friendly environments, considering how a classroom supports learning, or simply questioning how our homes influence everyday life.
EXPLORING PEOPLE, PLACES & IDEAS
OKOS KOTI is a space for design work, research, writing and ideas exploring how we experience the environments around us.
Some projects are practical.
Some are conceptual.
Some begin with a question.
What could we do differently?
