When thinking about moving our kitchen to another part of the house to create a new kitchen/diner and changing the old kitchen into an office, I realised that there were far too many choices to be made and I did not want the risk of completing the work only to be disappointed with the outcome. I, therefore, looked to engage a local interior designer to create a design for the three new rooms.
After speaking to Karen, I felt that she had some good experience and ideas for my project. We arranged to meet, and I felt comfortable that Karen was someone that we could work with.
At our meeting, Karen listened to our ideas for the scheme and discussed some of the alternatives. She then went away and prepared the design. Karen emailed the design to us and then came to visit us to present the design. Karen had prepared design boards for the scheme which contained samples of the flooring, wallpaper etc. which helps to visualise the finished project.
Throughout our work together, Karen kept in touch by email, and I could always contact her to check progress and ideas. I would say that Karen is a lovely person who has a professional approach and is excellent to work with.
